Sarah, Nina, Shannon and Robin are the core staff at South Riverdale Child-Parent Centre. This a new team and everyone is very excited to be working together at the Centre and in this community. Stop by the Drop In and say hello!

Languages: Nina, our Program Leader can speak conversational French. When Hollie is in the drop-in, she can sign in American Sign Language with you and your family. 

 Nina Borg is the Program Leader at the Centre. Nina is a Registered Early Childhood Educator with a background in Behavioural Sciences. She has a passion for Infant Mental Health and has the ability to work on an ASQ Developmental Screening tool with should you have an concerns about your child’s development.  Nina was a Ryerson student at the Centre in 2009 and has been working as a staff member since 2013.  Feel free to pop into the Centre’s office to say hi or chat with Nina anytime:   Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:45am to 4:15pm and Tuesdays 10:30am to 6:00pm.

New to the Centre, Sarah is a Registered Early Childhood Educator, and is a long time member of our community who is excited to meet new people and see some familiar faces.  Sarah Graduated from Early Childhood Education in 2007 and also completed her Recreation and Leisure diploma in 2008 from Fleming College. Sarah also trained as an AMI Assistant Montessori teacher in 2017.  Sarah’s role is to plan and organize Wednesday outings and workshops. Along with our daily drop-in programming.  Robin Irwin is a recent Social Service Worker graduate from George Brown College with a BA in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. She joined our team as a placement student and is so excited to be a permanent member of the SRCPC family.

 Nicole recently graduated from the Social Service Worker program at George Brown College. Nicole completed a student placement at the Centre and comes back when Sarah or Nina is away.
