Virtual Infant Massage Workshop Series for Parents and Caregivers

Learn best practices to massage your baby (0 - 12 months) in this 3-week workshop series. No prior experience required. Facilitated by students from the Centennial College Massage Therapy Program under the direction of a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Hosted via Zoom.

The sessions will include:

  • discussion of the benefits of infant massage

  • discussion of the general guidelines of infant massage

  • a demonstration of infant massage techniques

  • time for parents to practice the techniques

  • Q&A period
