Neighbourhood Discovery Walk

  • South Riverdale Child-Parent Centre 765 Queen Street East Toronto, Ontario, M4M 1H3 Canada (map)

NEW RESCHEDULED DATE

What makes a public space work? This will be about a 2hrs experience facilitated by Iliana Sergeev during which we will explore our East End neighbourhood and its’ 3 prominent parks / public spaces. We will do some walking, intertwined with engaging conversations and play time at remarkable public spaces. We will start our exploration at the Underpass Park, walking along the park to Sackville Playground, next the Front Street Promenade, making our way to Corktown Common. One of Iliana's mandates is to encourage parents and kids to derive more joy and a better bonding experience while exploring these accessible, inclusive and simply beautiful spaces.

Please email info@srcpc.org to register for this outing.
