There is no small or big stress. Stress is stress, and in a society like the one we live in, WE- the mothers- have to fulfill different roles in addition to caring, raising and supporting our children. It becomes easy to for-get to nourish and take care of ourselves during motherhood, and as a result, when we encounter unexpected events they have a big impact on our wellbeing.

Join Jimena, a Holistic Nutritionist, to learn more about simple, natural and easy ways to support your well-being through motherhood. In this workshop, we will:

  • Learn the importance of micro and macro-nutrients to support mothers well-being

  • How to use food to nourish our nervous system and rebuild our energy

  • How to “meal plan” in times when it feels hard to be organized,

  • Holistic tips and tricks to ease stressful moments and give mom the possibility to unwind.
