In this session, the benefits and impacts of screen time will be explored with our Public Health Nurse, Amanda. Discussion will include looking at recommendations for screen time per age of the child and how to model and manage appropriate screen time behaviour. Physical activity recommendations as an alternative to screen time will be reviewed.
