Anuta Bondarenko is a mom of three, a body awareness teacher, a prenatal yoga teacher and a birth doula. She has been teaching her signature Prenatal Yoga class at Yogamamas since 2016 as well as helping pregnant clients prepare for an easier birth and postpartum with Body Ready Method sessions at Oma Chiropractic and Wellness. In this 60 min workshop you will learn to adjust your body positioning while caring for the baby in a way that strengthens your core, improves joint health and makes you more resilient. You will also discover how spending time on the floor with your baby can incorporate simple movements to strengthen your back, improve shoulder and hip mobility as well as get rid of the neck pain.
